| The Group's principal activity is to create and manufacture flavor and fragrance products used by other manufacturers to impart or improve flavor or fragrance in a wide variety of consumer products. Fragrance products are sold principally to manufacturers of perfumes, cosmetics, toiletries, hair care products, deodorants, soaps, detergents and air care products. Flavor products are sold principally to manufacturers of prepared foods, beverages, dairy foods, pharmaceuticals and confectionery products. As of 31-Dec-2007, the Group has 31 manufacturing facilities mainly located in the United States, Great Britain, Ireland, The Netherlands, Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, India, Australia, China, Indonesia, Japan and Singapore. |
