The Group's principal activity is providing construction management services to its customers in the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia. The Group has operations relating external and internal refurbishment, contracting, and property development and investments. The Group is organised into five divisions such as London, Regional Construction, National Retail and Leisure, Asia and Europe. London division is the provision of new build, refurbishment and fit out services in London. Regional division is the provision of new build, refurbishment and fit out services in the United Kingdom outside London. National Retail and Leisure is the provision of retail and leisure fit out and refurbishment services in the United Kingdom. Asia division is the provision of fit out and project management services in Asia and the Middle East. Europe division is the provision of fit out services in Europe, mainly France and Germany.
