| The Group's principal activities are the trading of computer components, manufacturing and trading of computer products, and developing and selling of software computer peripherals. Other activity includes investment holding. The Group's operations are carried out in the People's Republic of China (including Hong Kong). On 19 February 2008, the Group entered into an acquisition agreement pursuant to which the Group has agreed to purchase an additional 60% of the registered capital of Shandong Commercial which is the 40% associated of the Group as at year end from a subsidiary of Inspur Corporation. |
