Innergex Power Income Fund (the Fund) is a Canada-based income fund that indirectly owns interests in 10 hydroelectric power plants and two wind farms, with a total installed capacity of 340 megawatts, representing a net interest of 210 megawatts. The Fund’s objective is to ensure the stability and sustainability of the net distributable cash payable to its unit holders and, wherever possible, to improve the amount of net distributable cash per unit. The manager of the Fund is Innergex Renewable Energy Inc.
