The Company operates in two segments: capital, which is engaged in property management and leasing of office spaces in Barcelona, Madrid and Paris through its subsidiary, Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise SA and; land and development, which is engaged in residential housing development in Madrid, Catalunya and Andalucia through Colren SLU. It is also engaged in the promotion and development of commercial centers and business parks in Spain, Romania and Bulgaria through Grupo Riofisa. As of December 31, 2010, the Company’s major shareholder was Commerzbank Ag which held a 20.13% stake in its interests.
