| The Group's principal activity is the distribution of high technology components, systems and services designed for industrial uses. The Group operates through four business segments: Engineering & Equipment, Flow Technology, Industrial Components and Special Products. The Engineering & Equipment segment offers specialised products and design solutions. The Flow Technology offers components and systems for measuring, monitoring, controlling and regulating industrial flow techniques. The Industrial Components segment produce technically advanced components and systems for production and maintenance. The Special Products segment offers specialised products, aftermarket service and assembly, design solutions and special processing. The Group operates in the Nordic and Baltic countries. In 2007, the Group acquired 12 new subsidiaries. |
