The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and market organic dyestuffs. It is also involved in marketing of various other dyestuffs like reactive dyes, direct dyes, acid dyes and napthol bases specialty textile auxiliaries and sizing chemicals used by textile industry. The Group operates in three segments, namely, Manufacturing, Trading and Others. The manufacturing segment includes revenue from sale of products manufactured. The trading segment includes the revenue from goods purchased for resale with or without reprocessing. The other segment comprises of unallocated assets and liabilities and common revenue and expenditure. The factory is located in Gujarat.
