| The Group's principal activity is to process and market refined sugar in the United States. It produces, packages and distributes sugar at facilities located in California, Georgia, and Louisiana. The Group's customers consist of retail grocers, foodservice distributors and industrial customers. The Group's products include granulated, powdered, liquid and brown sugars marketed in a variety of packaging options. In addition, the Group produces selected specialty sugar products, including Savannah Gold and specialty sugars used in confections and icings. The Group markets its products under the trade names Dixie Crystals, Holly and Imperial. |
