The Mount Polley and Huckleberry mines, located in Central British Columbia, produce concentrates containing copper, gold, silver and molybdenum for shipment to smelters for final processing. The Sterling gold mine, located near Betty Nevada, is currently producing the remaining gold contained in the heaps. The Group also owns the Similco and Goldstream copper mines, both of which were suspended in 1996, and various exploration properties, the primary one being Silvetip in northern British Columbia.
