The Group's principal activities are carried out through its Motor Dealership, Logistics, Distributorship, Car Rental and Tourism, and Insurance divisions. Motor Dealership operates franchised motor dealerships and used car outlets representing vehicle brands with an Original Equipment Manufacturer presence in South Africa. Logistics provides mover of freight on inland waterways and the transshipment of dry bulk and containerised cargo from the waterways to other modes of transport. It also provides automotive component and spare parts and steel logistics services. Distributorship imports and distributes passenger cars, light and medium commercial vehicles and motorcycles. Car Rental and Tourism provides services to the corporate, public and leisure sectors, both domestically and from abroad. Insurance offers short-term insurance and life assurance products primarily associated with the automotive market and are sold through motor dealers.
