It source market and distribute select flash and removable hardware and accessories for data storage media. Major products include optical, magnetic, flash media and electronic, and accessories and other. The Group engages in a variety of business arrangements with other companies including acquisitions as well as licensing, distribution, joint venture and joint development agreements. During the third quarter of 2007, the Group completed the acquisition of TDK Recording Media and the Memcorp businesses. The Group markets its products in Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific. |
