| The Group's principal activity is providing road traffic and data services. The Group's core technologies are Floating Vehicle Data and Cellular Floating Vehicle Data. Floating Vehicle Data is a system that gathers location and speed information from vehicles equipped with location devices such as global positioning satellites or global systems mobile units. This system offers real-time and historic traffic information providing traffic services to a number of markets including automotive, government and telephone services. It can also be combined with real time probe data with journalistic information and then delivers its content over a variety of platforms including RDS-TMC, digital radio and automated telephone services. Cellular Floating Vehicle Data is a systems technology that measures and forecast real time traffic flow based on anonymously sampling the positions of mobile devices. During 2007, the Group disposed its entire interest in NavTrak Ltd. |
