| The Group's principal activities are carried out through the following business units: commercial centers, hotels, sales and developments, office, financial operations and others. Commercial centers include acquiring, developing and operating shopping centers. Hotels include acquiring and operating luxury hotels, and providing catering and restaurant services. Sales and developments include acquiring and developing residential properties for sale. Office, financial operations and others include acquiring, developing and operating office and other non-shopping center retail properties for retail purposes as well as acquiring undeveloped land reserves for future developments for sale. It also includes income and associated costs generated by the sale of shares, other related operations with security titles and other secondary activities. |
