| The Group's principal activity is to design, manufacture, and market vitro diagnostics systems, consumables and supplies for urinalysis. The Group operates in two segments: IVD segment and Sample Processing segment. IVD segment designs, develops, manufactures, markets and distributes IVD systems based on patented and proprietary technology for automating microscopic procedures for urinalysis. The sample processing segment designs, develops, manufactures and markets a variety of benchtop centrifuges, small instruments and supplies. These products are used primarily for manual specimen preparation and dedicated applications in coagulation, cytology, hematology and urinalysis. |
