IRIS has set up the manufacturing facilities for contact and contactless smart cards, contactless document inserts and assembled module in tapes and reels. It has also developed electronic passport, national multi-application smart card with the implementation of the Malaysian electronic passport and Autopot system. Its segments include Digital Identity & Business Solutions, and other which includes Food security and Environmental solutions. In October 2012, the Company acquired 51% interest in Stamford College (PJ) Sdn., as well as 51% interest in Stamford College (Malacca) Sdn. Bhd. On March 14, 2013, the Company acquired100% interest of IRIS CAFE KASEH SDN BHD.
