The Company's principal activities are operating as a venture capital company, investing in companies to advise and help them in the financing of their creation, development, financial restructuring, reassignment of share capital and transfer of management. The Company acquires small to medium size interests in quoted and non-quoted companies which are mainly located in western France, through shares, subscription loans, convertible bonds and participating loans. On 13-Mar-2008, the Group acquired Societe Financiere Voltaire.
