| The Group's principal activities are to develop, manufacture and supply vacuum instrumentation, critical sensor technologies and process control software for the semiconductor and related industries. The Group's activities are carried out through two divisions: General Vacuum Instrumentation and Semiconductor vacuum instrumentation. The General Vacuum Instrumentation includes three product lines: Leak detectors, Vacuum control products and Chemical identification instrumentation. These products are used in air conditioning, refrigeration, automotive, security, emergency response, and environmental applications. The semiconductor vacuum instrumentation segment includes the PKC product line which is developed for use in various semiconductor manufacturing applications. The Group's operations are carried out in China, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, Korea, Liechtenstein, Singapore, Taiwan and United Kingdom, Syracuse, New York, USA and Germany |
