The Group's principal activity is the investment in real estate properties in Eastern European Countries. At the end of the 2006/07 Business Year, the Group's real estate portfolio includes 135 properties with more than 4.5 millions square meters of letable space. The properties are located in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia and Rumania. The type of real estate the Group invests in consists of Offices, Warehousing, Car Parks and to a lesser extend Retail Properties, Hotel and Leisure and Residential Properties.
