The Group's principal activities are developing land into vacant lots, residential, commercial and industrial buildings and managing properties. Other activities include involving in construction activities, and operating and managing hotel and other related services. It is also involved in providing corporate and financial support services to the Group, as well as operating as an investment holding company. Operations are carried out in Malaysia. During the fiscal year-ended March 31, 2009, it completed the acquisition of a parcel of 99-year leasehold land, together with a building erected thereon held under Lot PT 4308, HSD 7083, Bandar Mentakab, District of Temerloh, Pahang Darul Makmur known as "Bukit Bendera Resort" from RBM.
