The Group's principal activity is that of an international logistics service provider. The Group provides these services through a pool of returnable plastic containers in Europe and through a pool of pallets in the United States. The Group operates in two segments: RPC Management Services and Pallet Management Services. The RPC Management Services segment rents out reusable plastic containers primarily for use in agricultural markets. The Pallet Management Services segment specializes in the procurement, reconditioning and distribution of wood pallets in North America. The Group acquired STECO Holding GmbH in 2008.
