| The Group's principal activity is to distribute and rent out audio-visual equipment. The Group operates under two major segments, Audio visual equipment and Broadcasting. Under Audio visual equipment, the Group does engineering and integration of audio-visual equipment by drawing up the specifications document, costing the requirements and developing the architecture. Under broadcasting, the Group offers broadcast service for trade show, exhibition, inauguration, sports event, election, presentation or launch of new products, spectacle, sound and light spectacles, festival, concert, fashion show, tours and road shows. Some of their major clients include TF1, France 2, Arte, Euro sport, Cuisine TV, Canal 8, Telesonne, ZDF, TVE and INA. The Group operates in France, Spain, Italy, the United States and Finland. On 27-March-2008, the Group acquired Preview GM System. |
