| The Group's principal activity is to manufacture pump products and engineered equipment. The Group operates under four segments: Fluid & Metering Technologies Group, Health & Science Technologies Group, Dispensing Equipment Group and Fire & Safety/Diversified Products Group. The Fluid & Metering segment designs, produces and distributes positive displacement pumps and flow meters, compressors, injectors, and other fluid-handling pump modules and systems. The Dispensing Equipment segment produces highly engineered equipment for dispensing, metering and mixing colorants, paints, inks, dyes and others. The Health & Science Technologies Segment designs, produces and distributes a wide range of precision fluidics solutions from very high precision, low-flow rate pumping solutions. The Fire & Safety/Diversified Products Segment produces firefighting pumps and controls, rescue tools and lifting bags. The Group operates in the United States, Europe and other countries. |
