| The Group's principal activity is that of a holding company. The subsidiaries of which are engaged in a wide range of construction and related activities involving the construction of infrastructure facilities, as well as industrial, urban housing construction, for both the Mexican public and private sectors. Its subsidiaries are also involved in the construction, maintenance and operation of highways, bridges and tunnels granted by the Mexican government and foreign governments under concessions. Through its subsidiaries and affiliates, it also manages and operates airports and municipal services under concession agreements. Its subsidiaries are engaged in real estate and housing development. Its principal products include highways, bridges, tunnels and dams, urban and housing construction, transportation construction such as subway systems, shopping centers and automobile parking facilities, energy generating and petrochemical plants. |
