The Group holding real estate investments in Canal Walk, The Glen, Hyde Park, The Mall and Southcoast Mall, as well as in offices of Johannesburg's northern suburbs. It is a property loan stock company specialising in prime shopping centres. Its intention is to grow the portfolio by acquiring or developing properties as and when appropriate opportunities arise.
