The Group's principal activity is to operate franchise and direct-run take-away called Hokka Hokka Tei. The Lunch Box Take-out segment operates the Hokka Hokka Tei outlets, as well as franchises Hokka Hokka Tei outlets in Osaka and 13 Prefectures in Western Japan. This segment is also engaged in the maintenance and delivery of food ingredients, the sale of food ingredients, the packing of materials to the franchise outlets, as well as the collection of royalties and other revenues from the franchisees. The Store Operation segment is engaged in the provision of services including support services for new stores, rental services, the sale of goods and store-related consulting services, as well as real estate business. The Others segment manufactures and sells fresh bakery, as well as operates bakery cafe.
