The Group's principal activity is to provide financial and operational consulting services. It provides services through four segments: Financial Consulting, which includes financial and economic analysis; forensic accounting; expert support and testimony services; bankruptcy advisory services; and valuation analysis. Legal Consulting, which helps both in-house legal departments and outside counsel enhance the quality of legal services while reducing costs by aligning strategy, people, processes, and technology. Health and Education Consulting provides services to hospitals, health systems, physicians, managed care organizations, academic medical centres, colleges, universities and pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. Corporate Consulting works with clients to solve complex business problems and implements strategies. It operates in the United States, Asia and the Middle East. On July 2008, the Group acquired Stockamp & Associates Inc.
