The Group's principal activity is providing international oil and gas services. It operates through three segments. Gibson Energy is one of Canada's energy companies linking producers and upstream suppliers with the refining and downstream markets through marketing, transportation, distribution and processing. Hunting Energy Services supplies oil country tubular goods. The Group's other operations explores for and produces oil and gas with producing reserves principally in the southern United States and offshore into the Gulf of Mexico.
