The Group's principal activities are the mining and smelting of base metals. The Group's mining facilities consist of mines, mills and a metallurgical complex for the extraction of copper and zinc in the Provinces of Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Its properties are located in Ontario, Michigan and New York. On 26-Aug-2008, the Group acquired HMI Nickel.
