| Hubei Sanonda Co., Ltd manufactures pesticides and chemical products. The Company's pesticides include insecticides, such as Dilu, Daowei, Nongkexi and Fumianlin, applied to fruit plants and vegetables; herbicides, such as Shalongxi, Daominxi and Baicaoling, used for farmlands; fungicides, such as Yeqingshuang, Daobingqing, used for rice; plant growth regulators, such as Zhuzhuangling, applied to cotton and fruit plants. The Company's chemical products include sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite, yellow phosphorus and others, used for agricultural chemical manufacturing. The Company also produces fertilizers, new chemical materials and special chemical products. The Company distributes its products in the domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had six major subsidiaries. |
