The Group's principal activity is that of a hotelier. The Group's hotel division is primarily engaged in operating hotels and shopping galleries as well as providing hotel management services. It has 21 hotels in 9 countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Bhutan, the Maldives, Seychelles, Vanuatu and the United States of America (USA). Its properties division is involved in developing residential properties and commercial units for rental or sale upon completion. Development properties in Singapore include residential properties such as Cuscaden Residences, Robertson Blue, Scotts 28, Nassim Jade and Four Seasons Park. Its distribution and retail division carries out distribution and retail operations including various food and non-food items.
