| The Group's principal activity is the provision of broadband cable television services in Israel. It owns substantially all of its cable television network infrastructure. Other Group activities include the provision of access to high speed Internet over cable and investment in telecommunications companies. In 2006 the Group completed its merger with the three national cable companies in Israel- Matav, Tevel, and Golden Channels that can be directly linked to the growing competition of the local satellite television provider- YES. |
