| The Group's principal activity is Construction, Real Estate and Airport Management. The Group operates through six segments: HOCHTIEF Americas, HOCHTIEF Asia Pacific, HOCHTIEF Concessions, HOCHTIEF Europe, HOCHTIEF Real Estate and HOCHTIEF Services Division. The Americas division coordinates the activities of HOCHTIEF companies in the Group's construction and services modules in the US, Canada and Brazil. The Asia Pacific division orchestrates activities in Australia and Asia. The Concessions segment operates in airports, toll roads, public buildings, renewable energy, and further public-private partnership projects. The Europe division operates in selected European countries including Germany, the UK, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic and Russia. The Real Estate division develops, build, market and manage real estate across the entire property life cycle. The Services division is in charge of the facility management and energy management segments. |
