The Transportation segment is involved in the railway, automobile, aerial ropeway, marine transportation and the air freight agency business. The Distribution segment is involved in the merchandising business. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the leasing and sale of real estate. The Construction segment is involved in the civil engineering and construction businesses, as well as the telecommunications construction business. The Leisure and Service segment is involved in the hotel, restaurant, bowling, golf and travel businesses. As of March 31, 2011, the Company had 17 subsidiaries and three associated companies. On March 9, 2012, the Company completed the acquisition of additional 50.89% stake of GeiyoBus Co.Ltd. On April 1, 2012, the Company acquired the bus routine business from Kure City Transportation Bureau.
