| The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and market glass containers. It operates through three reportable segments namely Glass Container, Glass Machines and Minerals. Glass Container segment manufactures and markets glass bottles and tumblers. Glass Machines segment manufactures and markets glass forming machines, spares and providing related services and Minerals segment purchased and processes silica sand and feldspar. Its customers include Hindustan Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline, Nestle, Koeleman, Global Green, Heinz and Dabur (foods); Pfizer, Cipla, GlaxoSmithKline, Reckitt Benckiser, Ranbaxy and Himalaya, United Breweries, SABMiller, Asia Pacific Breweries and South Asia Breweries, United Spirits, Pernod Ricard, Diageo, Radico and Bacardi and Coca Cola and Pepsi. The Group's plants are located at Haryana, Uttarakhand and Maharashtra. |
