| The Group's principal activity is to own and operate suburban office, industrial and retail properties. It has elected to be qualified as a Real Estate Investment Trust under Sections 856 through 860 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. It operates in the southeastern and midwestern United States. As on 31-Mar-2008, the Group owned interest in 381 in-service office, industrial and retail properties encompassing approximately 34.2 million square feet. It owns 616 acres of development land. |
