The Group's principal activities are the purchasing of film rights and licenses and the distribution of films to cinemas, television and video outlets in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. The Group operates through the following two divisions: Film and Sports and Event Marketing. The Film division handles the production, exploitation and distribution of films and film rights for related products in the theater and TV areas. The Sports and Event Marketing division mainly markets UEFA Champions League rights. The Group has subsidiaries in Switzerland, Austria and Germany.
