The Group operates in 3 segments: Hexagon Eng, Hexagon Measurement Technologies & Hexagon Polymers. The Hexagon Engineering segment provides components & systems to original equipment manufacturers for the automotive, construction, marine & eng industries. The Hexagon Measurement Technologies offers total systems for measuring objects in one, two or three dimensions. The Hexagon Polymers segment provides gaskets for plate heat exchangers, plastic & rubber wheels for truck & track drive applications, rubber compounds as semi-finished products & extrusions for the construction industry. In 2008, the Group acquired Elcome Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Surveyors Service Company, Haselbach Surveying Instruments,Santiago & Cintra Iberica S.A.,Advanced Metrology Solutions, Viewserve AB, Messtechnik Wetzlar GmbH, m&h Group, Serein Metrology (Shenzhen) Co. & Rinex Technolog. |
