| The Group's principal activities are to research, design, manufacture and distribute office furniture systems and furniture and related products and services. The Products include modular systems known as Action Office (R), QTM System, Ethospace (R), and Resolve (R), as well as seating, storage, wooden casegoods and freestanding furniture products. These products are used in office/institution environments including offices and related conference, lobby and lounge areas and general public areas including transportation terminals; health/science environments including hospitals, clinical and other healthcare facilities; industrial and educational laboratories and residential environments. The Group's products are sold through independent contract office furniture dealers and licensees, owned contract furniture dealers, direct customer sales and retailers. The Group operates in Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. |
