The Group's principal activity is to provide services to offshore oil and gas exploration and production and pipeline companies. The Group operates under three segments: Contracting Services, Shelf contracting and Oil and gas production. Contracting Services segment utilizes its vessels, offshore equipment and proprietary technologies to deliver services. Shelf Contracting segment represents the operations and results of CDI. Oil and Gas segment engages in prospect generation, exploration, development and production activities. The Group has diversified fleet of 31 vessels and 21 remotely operated vehicles. The customers include major and independent natural gas and oil producers, pipeline transmission companies and offshore engineering and construction firms. The Group operates in the Americas, Europe/West Africa and Asia Pacific.
