The Group's principal activities are to install and operate biomass fired renewable electricity generation plants. It intend to install and operate both large biomass energy plants to supply grid based electricity, with range between 50 megawatts to 65 megawatts and small 5 megawatts Modular Biomass Power Generation systems to generate onsite electricity and export any surplus to the local electricity network. The Group sites will be explored and taken forward predominantly in the United Kingdom, Southern Africa and other developing countries with increasing energy demands. During the fiscal year ended 30-Sep-2008, the Group sold Helius Energy Alpha.
