The Group acquired Scottish & Newcastle Plc, OJSC, Drinks Union, United Serbian Breweries EUC LLC, Central Europe Beverages BV, Bere Mures SA, Sierra Leone Brewery Ltd, Tango sarl and Societe Nouvelle des Boissons Gazeuses SA in 2008.
