The Group helps its clients build leadership teams by facilitating the recruitment, management, development and retention of personnel for their executive management positions. It provides other leadership services like executive assessment, placement of interim executive management and through an alliance, executive coaching. The clients of the Group include Fortune 500 companies, major non-U.S. companies, middle market and emerging growth companies, governmental and not-for-profit organizations and other leading private and public entities. As of 31-Dec-2007, it provided services to its clients worldwide, through 60 offices in 33 countries. The Group operates principally in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The Group acquired RentonJames in January 2007. |
