| The Group's principal activity is to operate network-affiliated television stations and radio stations. It operates in the commercial television broadcasting segment. The Group owns and operates 26 television stations and two radio stations, in geographically diverse U.S. markets. The Group provides management services to two network-affiliated stations and one independent television station, and two radio stations. The Group owns 10 NBC affiliates, it own two CBS-affiliated television stations and one WB station, and also manage one UPN station and one independent station for The Hearst Corporation. The Group also develops and manages local news, information and entertainment web sites through local partnerships with Internet Broadcasting Systems, Inc. In addition, the Group provides human resources support to corporations. |
