The Group's principal activities are providing healthcare services, through the ownership and management of hospitals and providing diagnostic services (pathology). It operates through two business segments. The Hospitals segment is engaged in the management and provision of surgical and non-surgical private hospitals. The Pathology segment is engaged in the provision of pathology services. It operates in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
