The Group's principal activities are to provide management and administrative services to the housekeeping, laundry, linen, facility maintenance and food service departments of the health care industry. It operates in two segments: Housekeeping Services and Food Services. Housekeeping services segment include cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing of patient rooms and common areas of a client's facility. It also provides laundering and processing of the personal clothing belonging to patients. Laundry and linen services involve laundering and processing of the resident's personal clothing. Food services consist of the development of a menu that meets the resident's dietary needs, purchasing and preparing the food to assure the residents receive an appetizing meal and participation in monitoring the resident's on-going nutrition status. It operates in the Untied States and Canada.
