Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C. is a holding company. The principal activity of the Company includes printing and publishing of a range of service and repair manuals for the motor, home do-it-yourself (DIY), and transport enthusiast, together with a range of specialist books and general interest publications. Through its Dutch subsidiary, Vivid Holding BV, the Company supplies digital technical information to the motor trade. The Company operates through two segments: the origination and sale of automotive repair manuals and electronic data in the United Kingdom and Europe, and the origination, production and sale of automotive repair manuals in North America and Australia. On February 27, 2009, it disposed of its United Kingdom printing operation to JF Print Limited.
