Broadcast Communications comprised of Infrastructure and Networking Solutions, Media and Workflow and Transmission Systems businesses. On 15-Apr-2009, the Group acquired Crucial Security Inc. On 29-May-2009, it acquired the Tyco Electronics wireless systems business. On 19-June-2009, it acquired Air Traffic Control business unit of SolaCom Technologies Inc. On 27-May-2009, it completed the Spin-off of the Harris Stratex Networks, Inc. |
