The Group's principal activities are to provide commercial banking and trust services to customers located in Eastern Pennsylvania. These services include acceptance of time and demand deposits, making secured and unsecured commercial and consumer loans, construction and mortgage loans, financing of commercial transactions and performing corporate pension and personal investment and trust services. As of 31-Dec-2008, the Group has 85 branch offices located in Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Berks, Carbon, Monroe, Lehigh, Northampton and Philadelphia counties, Pennsylvania.
