The Group's portfolio for property development for sale and lease in Hong Kong includes residential, office and large-scale commercial developments. Its portfolio for investment properties includes the two large-scale developments in Shanghai, the commercial, office and residential complex The Grand Gateway and the commercial and office complex Plaza 66. Other activities include operating in car park management and property management, operating dry-cleaning, securities trading, advertising, financial services and investment holding. Operations are carried out in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China.
