The Group's principal activity is investing, developing and managing shopping centres, retail parks and prime offices. The Group has investments in 14 major shopping centres and 18 retail parks providing a total of 1.3 million square meter of retail space. It also owns nine office buildings, principally in central London and central Paris, which provide 275,000 square meters of prime accommodation. The Group operates in the United Kingdom, France and Germany.
